Chiapudding – basic recipe

Chiapudding is a delicious, healthy and simple breakfast that both children and adults taste. Great for breakfast to-go.

  • 1 cup of plant based milk about 250 ml
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla or vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl or a glass and stir well
  • Store in the fridge overnight or at least 2-3 hours
  • Stir well again in the morning and serve with various toppings of your choice
